Danish health portal, Sundhedsguiden.dk, recently asked Mental Workout to help them create a new section for their users interested in meditation and its many health benefits. Sundhedsguiden.dk is the leading Danish provider of health-related information and provides comprehensive information about illnesses and diseases, health promotion, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle. The new area is written by Mental Workout's Stephan Bodian and was launched today.

Top 20 on iTunes

Our iPhone/iPod Touch application, Mindfulness Meditation [iTunes link], quickly made it to iTunes' top 20 list for the bestselling paid applications in the "Health & Fitness" section. We are very excited the product has been received well and for all the great feedback. Version 1.1 will be released any day now (and is free to existing users) - the original recordings have been replaced with high-quality studio recordings.
